With Jack in Mexico and Brunker on a boat, David seeks the support of Trystan to stave off the madness and loneliness. It doesn't work. Instead they embrace the Sonic Mania, succumb to the heat on a distant RimWorld, cower in the Shadow of War, are enveloped in the Human Resource Machine, go back to the Origins of madness itself with Assassin's Creed, and just generally slip through time and space in an endless spiral of hysteria.
